1. WHOLESALE PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Channels & Benefits: – Bookstores: 40–55% discount, MOQ: 10 copies – Schools / Churches: 30–50% discount, MOQ: 25 copies – Corporations: 20–40% discount, MOQ: 50 copies, custom branding available – Affiliates / Influencers: 25–35% discount, MOQ: 10 copies, promo bundles allowed
All channels gain access to: – Dedicated support team – CRM tracking and order history – Optional promotional co-branding
2. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS CHECKLIST
To activate your wholesale account, please submit:
- Signed Wholesale Agreement
- Completed Reseller Application Form (see Section 3)
- Valid EIN / Business Tax ID
- State Resale Certificate (where applicable)

4. ORDER & PAYMENT PROCEDURES
- Orders must be placed via the wholesale portal: SmartPressMedia.com/wholesale
- Minimum order quantities apply based on your channel
- Payment is due prepaid unless Net 30 terms are approved
- All invoices issued via QuickBooks
5. SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
- Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5–7 business days
- Tracking provided upon shipment
- Standard policy: Non-returnable
- Exceptions require written approval and may incur a 10–15% restocking fee
